Painted en plein air at Diablo Canyon, down a 7 mile waterboard dirt road near our home in Santa Fe. Utilized the 2:1 Dynamic Symmetry Armature (some pencil marks still showing in original). An armature works well with Diablo Canyon since it has such strong lines (vertical and diagonal - and horizontal). The 2 to 1 format also works well. Even a wider fomat might work. Perhaps I will try a Root 5 format (2.36 to 1) or even a 3 to 1 format.
